SHIPPING

Free shipping for all orders over AUD$ 100 (Only Australia) 

Standard: $7 (2-4 working days, NO POX, PARCEL LOCKERS for Standard)

Express: $12 (Within 2 working days)

Shipping Internationally by Australia Post or DHL eCommerce: 

Standard international post: 21 to 28 business days (Covid-19 impacts)

Express International courier: 4-7 working days

AUSTRALIAN SHIPPING

Shipping to an address within Australia may take 2-4 working days to Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory. 

Once your order has shipped you'll receive the tracking number and link.  

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship internationally with Australian Post or DHL or DHL eCommerce.

There are 2 options: Standard international post, Express International courier. 

Standard international post takes about 7 to 14 business days to arrive after being shipped. It can take up to 4 weeks. (Tracking number is provided)

Zone 1 - New Zealand (10-16 working days)
Zone 2, 3 & 4 - Asia and the Pacific, North America and Western Europe (10-28 working days)
Zone 5 - Rest of the world (14-30 working days)

Due to the cancellation of many international flights and country-specific restrictions, overseas transit times may be delayed.

Express International courier: Please allow 4-7 business days (Some remote locations may take 3- 14 days) for your parcel to arrive. Express Courier International Delivery: (A tracking code will be provided courtesy of DHL or Australian Post).  

Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number.

Middle east countries (P.O BOX requirement)

There are countries that only accept shipments labelled with P.O Box address. Shipments for those destinations will be returned to the shipper if no P.O Box is displayed in the address:

*Papua New Guinea

*Qatar

*Saudi Arabia

*United Arab Emirates

DUTIES AND TAXES

Our European customers are probably aware that your strict customs officers may charge a duty along with a shipping and handling fee. We’re sorry that you may incur this extra cost but there is nothing we can do.  

If you are trying to order RESQMÉ but we don't ship to your country - send an email to admin@resqmestudio.com and we'll do our best to provide you a shipping quote. 

RETURNS

14 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE

We want all your RESQMÉ gear to be a great fit, No problem at all! Just post back the items in their original condition within 14 days from the date you receive your items. and include the returns form and let us know the return tracking number by email; admin@resqmestudio.com (Make sure you try your RESQMÉ gear on the first time over your underwear) We’ll exchange or refund as directed by you as soon as we receive it. Please note return shipping is not covered by RESQMÉ.

We’ll pay the shipping costs if the return is our fault (you received an incorrect or defective item etc)

EXCHANGE/ REFUND

RESQMÉ gear sells out fast. If you want an exchange in a hurry (or to guarantee a pair) please send the original(s) back for a refund and put in a new order. Once we receive the return we will refund the original item(s) cost minus the shipping costs . Let us know when you fill out the return form and let us know the new order number. 

NOTE: THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ON PROMOTIONAL ITEMS.
