Free shipping for all orders over AUD$ 100 (Only Australia)
Shipping within Australia by Australia Post:
Standard: $7 (2-4 working days)
Express: $12 (Within 2 working days)
Shipping Internationally by Australia Post or DHL eCommerce:
Standard international post: 21 to 28 business days (Covid-19 impacts)
Express International courier: $45 (4-7 working days)
Shipping to an address within Australia may take 2-4 working days to Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.
Express Post is certainly faster and should arrive within two working days after your order. The 'next day or it's free' rule doesn't apply to the eParcel System we use with Australia Post. The 'next day or it's free' is only for the yellow bags handed over at the Post Office or Yellow Post Boxes.
Once your order has shipped you'll receive the tracking number and link. That link usually offers you the opportunity to authorise Australia Post to leave the parcel if you aren't home.
We ship internationally with Australian Post or DHL or DHL eCommerce.
There are 2 options: Standard international post, Express International courier.
Standard international post takes about 7 to 14 business days to arrive after being shipped. It can take up to 4 weeks. (Tracking number is provided, but tracking number is not guarantee to all places worldwide and will depend on the local service.)
Express International courier: Please allow 3-5 business days (Some remote locations may take 3- 14 days) for your parcel to arrive. Express Courier International Delivery: (A tracking code will be provided courtesy of DHL or Australian Post).
Once your order has shipped you'll receive a tracking number.

WHEN CAN I EXPECT DELIVERY?
1.Target delivery days quoted are in business days and exclude local public holidays. Target delivery days are measured from the time the shipments arrive into the Sydney Distribution Center. Target delivery days quoted are estimates based on historical performance and are subject to changes without prior notice. Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of DHL eCommerce. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your shipment is dutiable or held at customs may take longer.
Middle east countries (P.O BOX requirement)
There are countries that only accept shipments labeled with P.O Box address. Shipments for those destinations will be returned to the shipper if no P.O Box is displayed in the address:

DUTIES AND TAXES
Our European customers are probably aware that your strict customs officers may charge a duty along with a shipping and handling fee. We’re sorry that you may incur this extra cost but there is nothing we can do.
If you are trying to order RESQMÉ but we don't ship to your country - send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll do our best to provide you a shipping quote.
30 DAYS RETURN
We want all your RESQMÉ gear to be a great fit, No problem at all! Just post back the items in their original condition within 30 days and include the returns form. (Make sure you try your RESQMÉ gear on the first time over your underwear) We’ll exchange or refund as directed by you as soon as we receive it. Please note return shipping is not covered by RESQMÉ
We’ll pay the shipping costs if the return is our fault (you received an incorrect or defective item etc)
RESQMÉ gear sells out fast. If you want an exchange in a hurry (or to guarantee a pair) please send the original(s) back for a refund and put in a new order. Once we receive the return we will refund the original item(s) cost minus the shipping costs . Let us know when you fill out the return form and let us know the new order number.
