14 DAYS RETURN & EXCHANGE
We want all your RESQMÉ gear to be a great fit, No problem at all! Just post back the items in their original condition within 14 days from the date you receive your items. and include the returns & exchange form and let us know the return tracking number by email; email@example.com (Make sure you try your RESQMÉ gear on the first time over your underwear) We’ll exchange or refund as directed by you as soon as we receive it. Please note return shipping is not covered by RESQMÉ.
- Once we receive the return we will refund the original item(s) cost minus the shipping costs
- We’ll pay the shipping costs if the return is our fault (you received an incorrect or defective item etc)
- Underwear is non-refundable, non- exchangeable due to hygiene policy

RESQMÉ gear sells out fast. If you want an exchange in a hurry (or to guarantee a pair) please send the original(s) back for a refund and put in a new order. Let us know when you fill out the return form and let us know the new order number.
- We don’t cover the shipping cost for exchanges. We will email you the shipping invoice on the new exchange order at time of dispatch. This must be finalised before we ship your exchanged product.
