We want you to be satisfied with your RESQMÉ gear, and we understand that sometimes it may not be the perfect fit. No worries, we have a 14-day return and exchange policy. If you need to return or exchange any items, please follow the guidelines below:

RESQMÉ gear is popular and may sell out quickly. If you want to exchange an item promptly or ensure you get the desired size or product, we recommend the following process:
Refund and New Order: Send the original item(s) back to us for a refund. After that, place a new order for the item you want to exchange.
Notify Us: Let us know on the return form that you are making an exchange and provide the new order number.
Shipping Cost: Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for exchanges. We will email you the shipping invoice for the new exchange order at the time of dispatch. This payment must be settled before we ship the exchanged product.
No Refunds or Exchanges on Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Underwear Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend ordering only one piece of underwear to ensure it fits properly.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: The items must be returned in their original condition.

Try-On Policy: For hygiene reasons, when trying on your RESQMÉ gear for the first time, please ensure that you do so over your underwear.
Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by RESQMÉ and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process: Once we receive the return, we will process the refund for the original item(s) cost, excluding the shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
Non-Refundable Items: Underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene policy. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
