Shipping to an address within Australia may take 2-4 working days to Eastern States and 6 working days for Western Australia and the Northern Territory.

We ship internationally with Australian Post or DHL or DHL eCommerce.
There are 2 options: Standard international post, Express International courier.
Standard international post takes about 14 to 15+ business days to arrive after being shipped.

DUTIES AND TAXES
European customs may charge duties plus shipping/handling fees.
If we don’t ship to your country, email admin@resqmestudio.com for a shipping quote.
If a parcel is not picked up after a delivery attempt, it will be held at the local post office for up to two weeks before being returned to us. We can resend the parcel at the customer’s expense.
For customer-responsible returns (including non-pickup), we will contact the customer up to three (3) times by email. If no response is received, store credit will be issued. Original shipping and return costs are non-refundable.
IF THE PARCEL IS RUNNING LATE
If it’s within two days of the ETA, just sit tight – it won’t be far away!
If it’s been 2-3 business days from the last day of the ETA window, we recommend contacting your local postal authority to check on its whereabouts. When speaking to them, refer to the local reference number (You can find the local reference number on the tracking pages.) to help them locate your order.
Once a parcel has arrived in its destination country, the local postal authority for that country will deliver it – which means they control the final delivery date.
