We want you to be satisfied with your RESQMÉ gear, and we understand that sometimes it may not be the perfect fit. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. If you need to return any items, please follow the guidelines below:

IMPORTANT NOTICE:
We are not currently processing exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please place a new order for the desired product. You can return the original item for a refund according to our return policy.
- Refund Process: Send the original item(s) back to us for a refund.
- New Order: Please place a new order for the item you want.
Shipping Cost: Please note that we do not cover the shipping cost for returns.
NOTE:
No Refunds or Exchanges on Promotional or Discounted Items: Items purchased during promotional sales or at a discounted price are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.
Parcel Return Due to Non-Pickup: If a parcel is returned to us due to the customer's failure to pick it up after an attempted delivery, it will be stored at the nearest post office for two weeks and then returned to us. in this case, we do not offer refunds, but provide store credit equivalent to the product's purchase price for use on our website.
Underwear Policy: Due to hygiene reasons, underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable. If you are unsure about your size, we recommend ordering only one piece of underwear to ensure it fits properly.

Timeframe: You have 14 days from the date you receive your items to initiate a return or exchange.
Condition: The items must be returned in their original condition.

Try-On Policy: For hygiene reasons, when trying on your RESQMÉ gear for the first time, please ensure that you do so over your underwear.
Return Shipping: Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by RESQMÉ and are the responsibility of the customer.
Refund Process: Once we receive the return, we will process the refund for the original item(s) cost, excluding the shipping costs.
Faulty or Incorrect Items: If you received an incorrect or defective item, we will cover the shipping costs for the return.
Non-Refundable Items: Underwear is non-refundable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene policy. Please be aware of this before making a purchase.
